    I have just tried using the new WordPress site-health.php page.

    It lists 2 Critical Issues and 1 Recommended improvement which I have verified only occur when Invoicing is enabled.

    The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    The loopback request to your site failed
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    Background updates may not be working properly
    – Could not confirm that the wp_version_check() filter is available.

    I read on this other post (#post-2399) that I could insert the following into my wp-config.php file. Is this the recommended solution?

    define('WPINV_USE_PHP_SESSIONS', false);

    The developer has been alerted and we’ll let us know his thoughts asap.

    Yes please use that solution for now, please note that this only affects things during the tests on some servers, its to do with the closing of PHP sessions which we hope to remove the use of soon.
