    Hi all,

Before I ask my question I wanted to say I’m very impressed with you guys. All your products are well thought out and have great support. I’ve really relied on you for a number of years.

OK, enough appreciation! I actually have a question. Do you have any plans to do a WP Job Manager integration? If so, is there a timeline? If not, what would be the best way to accomplish this?

I found this in the documentation (https://wpinvoicing.com/docs/developers/adding-a-custom-item-type/) and thought it might be a good way, but would love a solid lightweight integration that saves me from overkill options like woocommerce.

    Thanks!

    Hi PB,

we like the idea and we added a task on our todo list. That said, I’m not sure when we’ll be able to tackle that task. Hopefully fast enough for you to take advantage of it…

    Thanks for the idea though.

    Hey Paolo,

I know it’s hard to tell, but do you have any sense of the likelihood of an integration with WP Job Manager being completed by March 2020?

    Hi P B

we have the BETA ready since a few weeks already and it’s totally my fault that we missed to let you know.

This is what you can do with it:

1 Admin can add packages for job postings
2 Employers will then select a package before/after posting their jobs (This is set in Job listings > Settings > Job submissions)
3 If there are no packages, the normal job submission process will be used
4 To allow users to post free jobs, add a package with a price of 0. (Jobs in this package will either require admin approval or be automatically approved)
5 Jobs in paid packages are automatically approved
6 Add an excerpt to each package and it will be visible on the package selection screen.
7 Finally, each package can be set to automatically feature jobs in it and have its own job duration.

Add-on is still in BETA cause we didn’t have time to properly test it, so bugs are to be expected. Would you like to try it out anyway and possibly report your findings?

If the answer is yes, you’ll find it attached to the next private reply on this topic.

    Thanks!
