Hi there,

I am using the invoicing plugin for Geodirectory listing payment. I have a premium and free packages which user can select while adding their listing. A user registered using the Premium package. The payment went through correctly. I checked our Paypal account and the payment status says complete. However, When I checked the invoice “/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpi_invoice” the Status shows Pending payment. Can you please suggest anything on this?

Hi,

Kindly provide admin details into a private reply to look more into the settings and if you have debug log enabled then provide FTP details so that we can check if IPN is received properly or not.
