Hello there, this is second time we are facing this issue, customer is unable to select the city, then we asked his address, created another invoice and sent him, he then got stuck on payment options, when he clicked credit card, this loading icons comes and nothing happened, he tried paypal, same issue, he even tried on 2 different computers, browsers and even mobile, but he couldn’t make the payment. can please someone look into this, this is very urgent matter.

I am not sure what you mean with “customer is unable to select the city”.
City is a free text field.
I had no trouble changing country to Canada and selecting a different province and add a city.
It went OK to the payment gateways too.

Hi Guust, customer tried to load the cities after selecting country but list of cities was not loading for him, then i created another invoice for him with his address already added in the invoice, he selected to pay via credit card and again page was not loading as you can see the screenshot he sent.
i asked him to try on different browser and computer, he did but still couldn’t get through it.
it was even working for us. how can we prevent that to happen in the future? or what could be the reason of that, so we could guide the customer better.

Cities will never load, it is a free text field.
When selecting Canada, the provinces will load.
But you have to wait until the page is fully loaded, and that depends on your server.
