Did you use the correct Live Secret Key and Live Publishable Key?

If we need to check your settings, post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look.

    Thanks

I cannot even get the checkout page to come up.

I turned WP Rocket off for now, and noticed your WP permalinks are not set correctly, but doubt that is the issue: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames

There may be a conflict with your other payment plugins. I’ll get a developer to have a closer look for you.

Can you also post your FTP details please.

Im only using the this for processing wpgeodirectoy listing payments, so you cant get to the checkout without going through the add listing link

    https://melbourneeft.com/add-listing/

THere is something funny going on since i updated the wpgeo payemnt manager because the coupon code field is also now missing from front end.

I have a separate post on their support forum for this

    Cheers

Just to offer some more info..

When you go through the process of creating a listing and get directed to the checkout all works fine.

When you choose stripe and click “pay and publish” the stripe payment popup appears, then enter your details and hit pay. Then the error displays about test card not used. Even tho the test option is turned off in the backend settings.

    Hope that helps

    Hi Steven,

You did not mention the FTP password in your private reply. Please provide us the FTP password so that we can have a look.

I am not able to check out on after adding a listing as it gives an error about too many redirects. Is it the same case on your side or you can see the checkout page?

    Regards,
    Patrik

Patrik, I got exactly the same problem, too many redirect: “I cannot even get the checkout page to come up.”
That is why I deleted the cache and de-activated WP Rocket, but it did not help.

    Hi Steven,

I get too many redirects error on the site. If you have staging site then let me know the credentials in private reply so that we can check the things there instead of making changes directly on live site.

    Regards,
    Patrik

    Patrik and Guust,

Thank you both for your time and efforts but i think the issue is now resolved.

The settings for the checkout page was set to the old “WPGEO Checkout” page the wpinvocie shortcode was not on it.

Not sure how the checkout page was loading and the stripe payment form was poping up, maybe because the old stripe plugin was loaded???

Any way i created a new page with the wpinvocie shortcode on it and removed the old wpgeo stripe addon and all seems to be working now.

    Thanks once again

    Hi Steven!

Good to know that! Can I mark this as resolved?

Let me know if you have any other queries.

    Regards,
    Patrik
