shoping cart is empty via mobile browsers

    Hello together,

    we are very happy with WP invoicing and it works perfectly on desktop PCs, but sometimes the invoice is not shown to our customers via mobile browsers(android and apple) and it says “Shopping cart is empty”. Once we open the invoice on a desktop it works.

    Can you please give us feedback if we missed a setting?

    Can you say more about where you are seeing the issue?

    Is it during checkout?

    If it is only on your site, can you describe the process and share a URL so we can check on it?

    Hey Alex,

    – I write the invoice in WordPress Invoicing for the customer and then I go to send
    the invoice.

    – The invoice is sent to the customer and I receive a copy of the invoice.

    – When the customer or I open the email with the invoice, you can see the invoice.

    – If the customer goes to “Pay”, he is forwarded and then stands
      mostly on the mobile browsers “shopping cart empty”.

    – I also regularly clear the cache

    – It always works on the desktop PC. We only have this problem if the customer
    wants to pay his bill Mobil.

    I think I just paid it on mobile.

    What phone/browser are you using?
