Sender name in head-section of invoice

    Hello there.
    I installed the Prices and Payments Add-on and create my invoices with the Invoicing-Plugin. Everything works fine as far as I can see but there is one detail I can not fix:

    On the attached picture you see the head-section of the invoices. How can I change the sender-name “Meine Agentur24”)? I think I made all settings correct but it never changes the first row…

    Hope you can help.

    You can change those values at the settings at:

    Invoicing – Settings – General – General Settings – Store Name

    Yes. Thats what I was trying to say… I did that already but it still shows “meineAgentur24”! See attached picture.

    Ideas?

    You could try saving it again.

    If that doesn’t work, please reply with WP Admin and FTP credentials and we can take a look at the site settings.

    Invoicing > Settings > Emails > From name (Von Name)

    Did you ever enter that “Meine Agentur24” yourself?
    I cannot figure out at all where that comes from.
    I’ll get a developer to have a look too.

    Hi Ulf Mayer,

    You can change it from Invoicing – Settings – Taxes – EU VAT Settings – Your Company Name.

    Let me know if it works for you or not.
