Permalink different to Quote & Invoice Numbers

    Hi I run both Invoice and Quote Plugins but the permalink numbers don’t match the Sequential Invoice and Quote numbers. Is there anyway to fix this so everything matches up?

    I am running Invoicing Version 1.0.10
    I am running Invoicing – Quotes Version 1.0.4

    At this time the only way to get them to match is by disabling the sequential invoice numbers.

    That’s a shame because I had someone query it thinking the email was spam .. Sequential numbers are important and had to be started after a set number of invoices and quotes had already been created to stop confusion.

    Will this be available or a way to set this any time soon?

    I do not think so because it would require a change to the way that the URLs are created, which is currently quite central to the plugin.

    However, I will flag the idea for the developers to consider and they will get back to you with an update, but it may be a week until they get back to you here.

    So next time I set this up – I would set it up to start from number 1.

    Will that set the permalinks to be sequential as well or do you think they will be out of sync?

    I love the way this works but this is just a little odd the way the numbers don’t match up.
