Pay Invoice Button Opens White Page

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Please visit http://plumberjax.biz/wpi_invoice/inv-2428/ to see printed invoice. Press green “pay for invoice” button. You get blank page.

    wpi_action=pay_for_invoice [no key] yields the correct wordpress page, but says “Your cart is empty.”

    Please explain what causes this, because I really like this plugin and hope to use it with many of my business clients.

    PS: I have the miscellaneous settings set to allow not being logged in to view invoice. I tried changing that setting, but it didn’t solve the problem, so I changed it back.

    Please make a private reply and include WP Admin credentials and the login URL so we can check out that issue.

    The settings for guest/not logged in checkout do work.

    If they are not setup correctly they will bar visitors from seeing the invoice if they are not the user for which the invoice was created.

    You do not have any active gateways set up:
    Invoicing > Settings > Gateways.

    I just filled in the PayPal standard settings, including my PayPal email address, and I set the gateway to PayPal Standard. But, when I visit http://plumberjax.biz/wpi_invoice/inv-2428/ to see printed invoice and then press the green “pay for invoice” button, I still get a blank page.

    Was there a solution for this problem, as I have the same problem, only noticed today.

    When customer clicks on Pay for Invoice, it returns Checkout Your Cart is Empty
