I installed WPinvoicing plugin as art of wpgeodirectory, but I still only see the same 3 tabs under pricing, there are no payment, invoice or coupon tabs.

    I followed these instrucitons:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/prices-and-payments-add-on-overview/
    and
    https://wpinvoicing.com/docs/geodirectory/

but the invoicing plugin menu tabs are not appearing

How do I get the missing payment tabs for this plugin to appear in my wpgeodirectory pricing panel?

I would prefer not to have to do that, unless you are the owner of this plugin. Please provide detailed instructions on how to get the missing tabs to appear.

    Hi,

all you have to do is install and activate the Invoicing plugin. Of course you must have the geoDirectory price manager installed and activated too.

If it is not appearing it could possibly be a conflict with another plugin. The only way to tell is to check your website dashboard.

As you can see below my picture, I’m one of the 2 site admins (co-owner of this plugin and GeoDirectory too).

You can tick the “Set as private reply” checkbox to reply privately with details to access your website.

That way only our staff can read your reply.

    Thanks

p.s. please avoid sending us emails for support, they will be ignored https://wpinvoicing.com/support-policy/

With 82 active plugins it won’t be that fast to find the culprit.

Is this a live website or can we do some testing deactivating and reactivating plugins to see what-s going on?

Also please do not remove that login credentials until we are done testing. I may have to pass this to a developer and now they are all sleeping. They’ll be back online in few hours.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Hi again,

I’m sorry about the confusion, but I got confused too by the screenshot of the docs.

That’s an old screenshot from when the pricing manager and the invoicing plugin were one thing.

Since they’ve been split into 2 plugin, the payments/invoices and coupons pages are under the Invoice menu.

    see image attached.

We are going to correct the docs asap to avoid similar confusions in the future.

    Thanks

Are you talking about the payment gateways? https://wpinvoicing.com/docs/gateways/

    Let me know.

    Thanks

It depends a bit about what you are wanting to test.
For PayPal, you will need a sandbox account at PayPal to test, but if you just want to see how it works, then setup PayPal, and add a listing from the frontend to see how you will get taken to PayPal to complete the submission.
If you want to test recurring, the simplest way is to create another PayPal account, or find someone with a PayPal account that can help. There is no way to test recurring PayPal fully without a sandbox account, or another PayPal account.

I am guessing you are testing a recurring package with only the “Test Payment” option active, and that is why you get that message.
That option cannot be used for recurring packages.

    Thanks
