No payment gateway active

    I’ve installed Eway gateway and have “test payment” setup and Active but get “No payment gateway active” in the checkout. What else do I need to do to get these payments to be active

    Are you using the eWAY sandbox API credentials for testing?

    I didn’t but do now and entered API and password but it still doesn’t display on checkout. I have a Test Payment option and that doesn’t appear either. Even if settings were wrong they should display on the checkout if they are enabled. Yes?

    Please post your URL and WP admin settings in a private reply and we will have a look at your settings if you like.

    Hi Ben,

    “No payment gateway active” error indicates that either there is no payment gateway is active or payment for item(package) does not supported by gateways.

    I checked and you have all items(packages) are recurring. Recurring payment support is not implemented yet in “eWay” payment gateway. We are working to implement recurring payment support in “eWay” payment gateway.

    Meantime try items(packages) without recurring option active.

    Update to the latest version of the eWay addon. It should fix this specific issue.
