missing invoice

    Hi guys, Vlad here from theBeautyAdviser.com

    I have a missing invoice dating from March 2018. The listing I am reffering to, has its invoices from Jan, Feb & April, but I cannot see the invoice from March. It was paid, I checked with PayPal. See the screenshots attached. I need it for my client.

    Maybe it was accidentally deleted?
    You can just create a new one from the backend and set as paid.
    That way the client will have it in their invoice history.

    Hi Guust,

    I definitely did not delete that by accident. I did not acces the invoices recently.

    I tried to create a new Invoice for that specific listing but it seems that:
    – I cannot set another item to pay other than “Testing (r)”
    – I cannot cancel that item after I clicked on it

    #1. Is there any place where I can search for the original invoice for that specific listing?
    #2. If I should consider it lost, and want to create a new one, help me to set the correct item in the invoice.

    Hi Vlad,

    Please verify the account credentials you posted. I get an “Account disabled” error.

    Please validate both WP Admin and FTP and then post them back here so we can look into the issue.

    Hi,

    For your information, You can’t use the invoicing items which are created as a package from the Geodirectory payment manager plugin. You can only use the items with type ‘standard’ and ‘fee’ for creating an invoice from the backend. Can you please send me following details in private reply so that I can create invoice programmatically?

    – Paypal transaction ID
    – Package price
    – Date and time of invoice

    Once you will provide all above details, I will create an invoice by code and you can send it to your end user.
