I saw an update was released for PayPal Pro today but when I tried to install it I got an ‘unlicensed’ message. I believe I have to now transfer my single license from the development site to the production site. How can I do that? I tried searching the forums but came up empty.

You can change your site in your account settings here:

Can you be more specific? I don’t see a place in the account settings to do that.

There is an easier way, just deactivate the license on the development site, and then activate it again on the new site.

(The option in the account settings is a bit hidden.)

The development site no longer exists.

    Hello,

I deactivated and reactivated it on the new site and it then updated fine.

For future info if you need to deactivate a licence on a deleted site you can do it from your account.

    Go to:
    1. https://wpinvoicing.com/your-account/purchase-history/
    2. Select “View Licences” for the product.
    3. Select “Manage Sites”
    4. Select the sites to deactivate it on.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
