Invoices Marking Subscriptions as Expired – But they aren't!

    I had a customer report a new issue to me today. Their account on our site reads as “Past due” but the paypal recurring payment was a success.

    I looked into our Invoices plugin and the customer’s account is listed as “expired.” I then tried to manually change the subscription in Invoices to “Active” but it will not update manually. Invoices shows the payment so I don’t understand what the issue is.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Darrell,

    Can you please check from your PayPal account if the recurring profile is active or not? There may be some issues with payments and it set to expired status.

    Can you please provide us admin and FTP details in private reply for more look into this issue?
