    Hi,
    I like to translate the Invoices to German language , so I tried with Poedit at first I added the translated file from Projects and edited it but still appears in English .
    I translated another Plugins to Arabic and it works .
    Help me please .

    Have you added the translation file to the correct folder?
    /wp-content/languages/plugins/invoicing-en_AU.mo [adjust for your language].

    I am not sure what language file you are using but you should start from
    /wp-content/plugins/invoicing/languages/invoicing-en_US.po

    actually I added to this folder /wp-content/plugins/invoicing/languages/invoicing-en_US.po
    and then I did what you said and it works now .

    If you added it to /wp-content/plugins/invoicing/languages/ then it will be deleted in the next update.
    You will need to move the file to /wp-content/languages/plugins/ to prevent it from being deleted.

    Thanks paolo,

    spent the weekend translating the german file. 5 of 145 pages left so far. Some things I did not understand, need to check the texts in the context or I ask you later about those strings. Besides that I found a few wrong things in the original (english) version.

    – Navarra –> should be Navarre I think
    – Varesa –> What is Varesa? Could not find it in Wikipedia etc.
    – Kyouto –> should be Kyoto
    – Payment made via eCheck and will clear automatically in 5-8 days –> That sentence sounds strange to me especially the “and”
    – Nonce verification has failed ?! –> Is that word correct? Or should it be once?
    – Roma –> should be Rome?!

    Will this get me a years of GD for free, too?
    I had nearly 1000 strings corrected and translated in the GD projects, too.

    Hi Atilla,

    It seems the place names are in their own language not english so seem correct.

    The others seems correct to me also, “Nonce” is a WordPress security check and the other sentence reads correct, if it started with “Payments” then it would be wrong but singular it makes sense.

    ok now I understand. And can you soon check the translations please? Like 1300 strings are waiting to be checked. So I can download the file.

    P.S.: How about the free year GD? I hope it`s still possible even though this file is not in the GD languages file area.

    Hi Paolo,

    I could not load the files with the strings that have not been checked at that time. When I downloaded it about 1000 strings were still only in english and my translations of the rest were not included.

    Now I see somebody has checked the other translations, too and its all good. Just had to wait a little and I had to show my customer that I dod something in the last days. Sorry for being pushy, but this job is longtime overdue and Im trying hard to cross the finish line. This was some unexpected 22 hours extra time just for the translation of the Invoicing plugin puh…

    Will this bring me a free year of GD?
    You guys know I did alot of translation on the other plugins, too.

    Hoping for good news, and thanks for checking the translation file.

    Another thing… I have to buy another 99$ license now? I mean this whole thing is not included in the GD subscription??

    I updated the stuff, like it said in a GD notification but it never said that when I update the Invoices stuff, that I will have to make another payment on top. Now I see I need to buy addons for different gateways and stuff.

    But before all gateways were included in my subscription…
    I think it would be fair, if somebody has a GD subscription that this plugin is included, too. Or at least if that person started using GD earlier then the release date of Invoicing plugin?!

    All gateways that were available for GD members are still available.

    When your GD membership expires, please remind us to activate 12 months free for the translations. It is not something we can do as long as you have an active membership.
