How to Upgrade a Listing from Free To Paid?

    I am not sure if I am in the right support forum for this question, if not let me know.

    I had a customer add a free listing and I wanted to offer them a free Upgrade to a Premium Listing. I created a Discount for ONEYEARFREE and gave it to them… but dang if there is NO way for them to upgrade. Did I miss something in my setup?

    Can you tell me how someone can upgrade their account? and how I should make this option available to them on the site?

    I just never looked at this and thought that anyone could upgrade at any time. Silly me.

    In the package make sure “has upgrades” is selected.

    The option to upgrade will be displayed using GD Author Actions.

    If upgrades are available, it will display “Upgrade”

    If it is not doing that please post about the issue to the GD forum and we will look into it.
