GoCardless Payment Gateway – Error: Validation Failed

    I’m currently testing the GoCardless Payment Gateway in Sandbox mode and after initial success setting up customers and collecting subscription payments, I’m now receiving the following – Error: Validation Failed (count must be greater than 0) – see attached screenshot.

    I’ve contacted GoCardless support and they’ve told me it’s not an error they can support as they believe it relates to the GeoDirectory and/or WP payments plugin. Please could anyone point me to a solution?
