    I have this same issue as the above topic linked, what was the fix?
    Error: Validation failed (count must be greater than 0)

    I will flag this for the developers. The change was in the plugin, but the developers will let us know if this has been released.

    We will release the update with a fix asap. If you want to apply the fix on your site then just provide us the FTP details in private reply and we will do it for you on your site.

    Hi,

    We have released updates for this add on. Please update your add on and let me know if it works fine for you or not. We generally don’t edit the files from admin side and so we need FTP for that.
