    Hi,
    I belong to a Facilitated Tax System: I have VAT N., buy I don’t enable it in my invoices.

    As to the invoices:
    – I need customer VAT Number as well: where can I set this field, so that he can fill it?
    – I need to write 2 lines at the bottom of the invoice to declare my System

    Where can I set those 2 things?

    Hello,

    You can adjust EU VAT settings as needed, and on the page

    Invoicing – Settings – Misc – Field Settings – Force show company name at checkout

    This option will show the company and VAT for the customer even if you have disabled (most) other tax settings.

    For the text you can try

    Invoicing – Settings – Tools – Label Texts – Invoice notice or label

    I mean VAT Number or Fiscal Code of the Customer, that I need as mandatory. In the screenshot I show you, I have set as you told me, but in the output invoice is still missing…

    Hi,

    Make sure you have enabled the Tax from Settings->Taxes->Enable Taxes. You have to make sure Enable VAT Rules is checked in Settings->Taxes->EU VAT Settings. If you think your customers are from the same country and you want to ask for VAT number then you have to set the Same Country Rule to Always apply VAT. If you just want to get the VAT number from your customer but don’t want to enable tax based on that then you can add an extra field by customization also but you will need to hire a developer for that as we don’t provide support for customization here.

    Let us know the admin details of your website so that we can look into your settings if this doesn’t work for you.
