    Hi there.

    We’re currently having an issue with a customer trying to make a payment and getting the error “Error: Validation failed (count must be greater than 0)

    The item they’re purchasing is setup as the following:
    $50.00
    Recurring Monthly at every 1 months for 0 times
    VAT Rules: Digital Product

    Recurring needs to be at least once.
    If you just want to sell something for a one-off payment, then you should not select recurring.

    Hi Guust.

    The tooltip from the plugin says the following: (select 0 for recurring forever until cancelled)

    Is this not the case?

    Hi Guust.

    The issue is due to some issues with one plugin (GeoDirectory) We’re unable to update this without the whole site breaking.

    Would you be able to look at this if we can get WordPress and WP Invoicing up to date. Also I can’t give a URL to purchase the item as we’ve set it up to be managed completely via an Admin.
