    Hi, upon clicking the invoice link in the email and filling the form.
    when we go to paypal and come back to page it shows cart is empty.

    how to fix it.

    see if the settings are conflicting with the woocommerce plugin.

    Hi Muhammad,

    I don’t see any configuration issues but we need to test it with sandbox mode. So, If possible then can you clone the site and let me know the FTP and admin details of that site so that we can troubleshoot the problem? Also, provide me the FTP details of the live site so that I can check the error log if there is any errors.

    Hi,

    The problem is due to the fastest cache plugin. It caches the page for a longer time. I have added the checkout page URL to the excluded pages and it should work now. Please review it from your side and let me know how it goes.

    Hello Patrik,
    I have tried and its working fine for us, so what do you suggest us, should we disable the fastest cache plugin just in case to be on safe side, we don’t want another embarrassing moment next time we send invoice to the customer, or do you think you have fixed it, and it should work fine now for others as well. please advice.

    Hi,

    It should work for others as well. I have excluded the checkout page from the cache so it should not be displaying the older cached things on the checkout page all the time. If you face the same problem after this then you can deactivate the fastest cache plugin and try any other plugin for caching.
