I want to know if you can create additional customer fields such as purchase order and NIT number of the company

I’ll get a developer to have a look at your question.
It may require some custom coding, or you could rename some of the existing fields if you do not need them all.

Can you explain what a NIT number is, just in case the developer needs to know?

You can do this with the customization. We do not provide support for customization here. You can hire a developer if needed.

We have provided hooks and filters to extend our functionality of the plugin.
