Yes, I created a CPT that I since deleted.

Where can I remove the packages associated with this?

Hi Guust, I checked this first before contacting you. See screenshots. I checked in GD > CPT and I see two post types: gd_place and gd_event. If I go into these then gd_event has two packages and gc_place had four. This is from where I edited all their names with (keep) so I could better idenitfy them in Items.

There are two Items (packages) that are unaccounted for: Full Profile, Free Listing.

Where else should I be checking

    Thanks

Hi, I already have a GoCardless account.

On the GD side, it seems I have created a token and I have inputted this. But I don’t know what to put into Live Token or Webhook Secret.

On the GoCardless sideless, they are asking for the following (see screenshot)

    Name*
    URL
    Secret
Certificate (if I enable this it asks to paste PEM-encoded TSL client certificate and private key)

I asssume the URL is the one already populated in Invoice > Settings > Payment Gateway > GoCardless. But what should I input into the Name, Secret and Certificate?

Can you help with this or do you think I need to hire a developer to get my GD Invoicing plugin setup?

    Thanks

This seems to have resolved itself. Thanks anyway

Additional point that might help: even though I have activated my plugin and entered the licence key, I still have a message below the plugin saying This plugin requires a valid licence key to enable automatic updates. Not sure why.
